About šŸŒŸ

Hello! I'm Hannah Chow (she/her/hers). I'm a UX designer (and occasional developer) currently based in Seattle, WA and working on Microsoftā€™s Outlook Design team.

I was born & raised in Chicago and hadn't lived anywhere else until I moved to Providence, RI to attend Brown University. Even though I had never looked at code before my freshman year of college (except for using inspect element thanks to Tumblr circa 2012), I ended up majoring in computer science and discovered a love for user interface design & visual computing before graduating in May of 2020.

Previously, I was a software engineering intern at Twitter, where I worked on internal visualization tools. I also worked as a research developer & designer for the Brown University Pen-Touch Computing Lab and subsequently became obsessed with bimodal touch interactions and hypertext.

Iā€™m a big chaider (chai + cider) ā˜•ļø enthusiast, a lover of mid-2000s cartoons šŸ“ŗ, and a proud Twitter bot momma šŸ¤–. Also a huge fan of the Ghibli chicken spirits šŸ„

Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn, check out my projects on Github, or stalk me on Twitter. You can also email me.

P.S. ā€” This page is designed to last :~)
